From the inception of Nova Iskra, Marko has been at the forefront as the founder and driving force, actively expanding our network of partners and creating favorable conditions for the growth of creative hubs in Serbia and the surrounding region. He obtained his degree in Management and Production from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, and later served as a teaching assistant at the same institution. Alongside his extensive experience in cultural management and production, he co-founded the international festival of student theater, FIST, and the online art platform Side Effects Prints. While holding various responsibilities within the Nova Iskra system, Marko's primary focus lies in the development and expansion of our coworking brand, Nova Iskra Workspace.

Actively involved in designing and facilitating mentoring programs, trainings, and workshops for youth, professionals, organizations, and companies interested in transforming their businesses, as well as improving the overall experience of collaboration and innovation. Holding an MA in Management in Culture, Interculturalism, and Mediation in the Balkans from the University of the Arts Belgrade with great experience in the private, public, and civil sectors. She participates on the Advisory Board of Creative Mentorship and is presently supporting businesses in improving their innovation and collaboration processes through programs such as: Raising Starts, Smart Start, D incubator, Ninja Accelerator, Playing Narratives, Upgrade, Serbia Innovates, Venture an Idea and many more. She was a professor at Belgrade's Faculty of Media and Communication and was a mentor in the Nelt Educational Program.

Cultural and Art Manager, Theatre and Radio Producer with significant experience managing creative projects within the cultural and creative industries. As a Co-Founder of Nova Iskra, he leverages his expertise and knowledge through consulting services to empower individuals, organizations, businesses, and institutions in the CCI to enhance their capacities and foster innovation. Kristijan holds a degree in Management and Production of Theatre, Radio, and Culture from the Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade, which has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Kristijan's approach involves implementing user-centered work methodologies and a holistic perspective to drive future-proof effective outcomes while remaining sensitive to the ever-changing present.

Miljan is one of the co-founders of Nova Iskra, where from the very beginning he was focused on leading our first coworking space in Savamala, which was also the first such space in our country, and one of the first in this part of Europe. He is also one of the initiators of the national network of coworking spaces in Serbia. He was the founder of Kultur Akt association, and a long-time producer with the Digimedia studio. He participated in the founding and realization of numerous festivals, concerts, theater performances, videos, exhibitions, and other cultural and entertainment actions. Within Nova Iskra he is also actively engaged in projects that deal with ecology and sustainable development, in collaboration with our external associates.

Relja Bobić

Since the early 2000s, Relja Bobić has been actively involved in numerous cultural and artistic projects across Serbia, Europe, the USA, and Canada. As an independent curator, arts and events manager, producer, music promoter, radio author, journalist, and translator, he has initiated and participated in a wide range of cultural events, co-founded four international festivals, curated exhibitions and conferences, and contributed to publications and informal education programs. In 2012, he co-founded Nova Iskra creative hub, which was the first of its kind in the Balkans. He is also one of the co-founders of the European Creative Hubs Network. His passion lies in designing collaborative programs and frameworks that empower young creatives, professionals, and innovators to develop both professionally and personally, fostering brand new ways of co-creation. He is also a member of the Association of Literary Translators of Serbia. Currently, he holds the position of Program Director at the Serbian Games Association (SGA) since 2020.

Project Manager - International Cooperation

Ivan is a curator and cultural manager with extensive experience in the field of cultural heritage. He is interested in deploying art and culture in impactful innovation for burning issues of our society. Developing international projects, he is focused on the crossroads of art, culture, science and technology, interpretation of cultural heritage, creation of museum experiences and active engagement of audiences. He worked as a curator at the Museum of Yugoslavia, artistic director at the Belgrade Cultural Center and one of the founders of the Center for Yugoslav Studies. At Nova Iskra he is active on development of international cooperation.

Nenad studied Management and Production in Theater, Radio and Culture at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He worked as a producer on theater performances that had premieres at the Venice Biennale, La MaMa Theater and other esteemed institutions. He has many years of experience in the production of commercials and films, as well as in the field of regional integrated marketing campaigns. He was Assistant Director at international festivals Kustendorf, Boljšoj and Jesenji Festival at Mećavnik. He is one of the founders of FIST - International Student Theater Festival.

She primarily deals with digital marketing and communications Her position in Nova Iskra is Communications Manager, she is engaged in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies and plans related to program and project activities.

Sabina is dedicated to the development and implementation of projects dealing with urban, green infrastructure and rising of standards in the field of urban ecology, while respecting the principles of sustainability and community participation in planning and design processes. She is one of the initiators of the Belgrade Flower Festival and founder of association Ekonaut. She worked on the projects "Sensory Garden" at the primary school “Radivoj Popović” and is a member of the "Food for Tomorrow" initiative that connects actors and activists from Western Balkans and Sweden. Within Nova Iskra, she is also coordinating the Green Lab project, the first urban garden in the center of Belgrade, located on the terrace of Nova Iskra Workspace Savamala.

Maša graduated from the Master of Academic Studies in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. She started working at Nova Iskra in 2022, in the position of an assistant, and then took over the responsibilities of the manager of the Nova Iskra Workspace location in Dorćol. Maša deals with space management, communication with members and clients, as well as the development and expansion of the Nova Iskra community at our location in Dorćol.

Mila studied Management and Production of Theatre, Radio, and Culture at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, while currently finishing her master's degree in Management of Culture and Media at the same faculty. As part of the Nova Iskra Workspace team, as the Manager of Savamala and Zemun locations, she deals with daily complete management of the space and its community, and communication with the current and potential members, to provide them maximum support according to their businesses.
