Julia Gamborg Nielsen

Furniture designer who looks for inspiration in natural forms that are often applied to the identifiable items of practical use. She has a background in the arts and strives to create sculptural pieces. Julia’s upbringing in Africa and Asia has influenced her appreciation for organic ornamentation, structures and repetition. She works with artisan craftsmanship where the meeting of quality, detail and material are essential. Her work was published  in various magazines, such as Elle Interior, Plaza, Hemslöjd, Auktionsverket, Arkitekten, Hus och Hem, Nya Rum, Bruno, Svensk Form or Sköna Hem.
