Nova Iskra at the first European Creative Hubs Forum

European Creative Hubs Forum Lisbon 2015, the first forum dedicated to creative hub managers from across Europe will be held from January 13th to 15th of at the Cinema São Jorge in Lisbon.
European Creative Hubs Forum 2015 focuses on practical information and case studies for managers of creative hubs, clusters and business incubators. The sessions vary from interactive plenaries to hands-on workshops on a wide variety of topics such as cross-innovation, living labs, capacity-building and peer-learning – all aimed at empowering the Hub Manager to be better prepared for the challenges they are facing every day. Targeted hub manager speed meetings, new project development, finance information sessions on both EU programs as well as private sources like venture capital and angel investors – as well as the Forum’s very own Manifesto for Creative Hubs in Europe – make for an unforgettable and extremely rich experience for acters of the global creative hub scene.
Marko Radenković (General Manager) and Relja Bobić (Program Manager) will be presenting Nova Iskra, and taking part in the coference together with other hubs/organizations from Belgium, Brazil, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lebanon, Malta, The Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Macedonia, Romania , Slovakia, Spain, Ukraine and the UK.
The three-day program is organized through a number of panels, lectures and workshops of various cultural organizations and creative businesses. The first day explores infrastructures, business models and services provided by creative hubs. The second day is dedicated to finances and possible ways of funding organizations’ sustainable future, while the third day focusses on what creative hub managers need from each other and from external organizations, policies, and infrastructures. Marko Radenković and Relja Bobić will take part in the panel Case Study / Hub 360º: Innovative Design Hubs and present Nova Iskra along with the acclaimed lab for creativity Fabrica (www.fabrica.it) from Italy.
