As the Founder and initiator of Nova Iskra, from the very start Marko leads the processes of expanding our network of partners and establishing better conditions for the development of creative hubs in Serbia and the entire region. He graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, Department of Management and Production in Theater, Radio and Culture, where he was later engaged as a teaching assistant. In addition to his extensive experience in cultural management and production, he is one of the founders of the international festival of student theater - FIST, and online art platform Side Effects Prints. Besides many roles that Marko takes within the framework of Nova Iskra, he is mostly focused on the development and expansion of our coworking brand Nova Iskra Workspace.

Nana is one of the co-founders of Nova Iskra, where she is focused on creating mentoring programs, trainings and workshops for individuals, organizations and companies interested in taking an active role in the processes of transformation - not only of their projects and businesses, but also through creation of new ways in which we could learn, live and work in the future. She holds MA in Management in Culture, Interculturalism and Mediation in the Balkans from the University of the Arts Belgrade, and has extensive experience in working in the private, public and civil sectors. She is a professor at the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade, and a mentor within the Nelt Educational Program and Creative Mentorship.

Kristijan is one of the co-founders of Nova Iskra, where he is at the same time working on developing cooperations on special projects with organizations from the public, private and non-governmental sectors. Graduated in the field of Management and Production of Theatre, Radio and Culture. In his prior professional work, as producer and executive producer, he participated in the realization and organization of numerous theater performances, as well as many film and music festivals and conferences. Kristijan is developing our relationships with companies and clients of various calibers, with whom he mainly works on special projects and trainings based on "user-centered" methodologies, through our own consulting and design agency - Nova Iskra Studio.

Miljan is one of the co-founders of Nova Iskra, where from the very beginning he was focused on leading our first coworking space in Savamala, which was also the first such space in our country, and one of the first in this part of Europe. He is also one of the initiators of the national network of coworking spaces in Serbia. He was the founder of Kultur Akt association, and a long-time producer with the Digimedia studio. He participated in the founding and realization of numerous festivals, concerts, theater performances, videos, exhibitions, and other cultural and entertainment actions. Within Nova Iskra he is also actively engaged in projects that deal with ecology and sustainable development, in collaboration with our external associates.

Co-founder

Relja is one of the co-founders of Nova Iskra, where he is active in developing education programs, as well in building international and regional partnerships on projects from the domains of entrepreneurship, creativity and social innovation. He has extensive experience in the domains of arts and culture, as an independent author and project manager. He was the co-founder of festivals “Dis-patch” (2002-2010) and “+++” (2015), as well as the author of numerous other projects from the fields of contemporary music and creative expression. He is also active as an independent curator, manager and producer, lecturer, music promoter, editor, author and translator.

Project Manager - International Cooperation

Ivan is an art historian, curator and program manager with extensive experience in the field of cultural heritage. He is interested in connecting the people with culture, and in his professional work he is primarily focused on the conceptual development of exhibitions, interpretation of cultural heritage and research that lies at the crossroads of digital and real space, museum experiences and active engagement of audiences. He worked as a curator at the Museum of Yugoslavia, artistic director at the Belgrade Cultural Center and is also one of the founders of the Center for Yugoslav Studies. At Nova Iskra he is active as Project Manager on our various activities in the domain of international cooperation.

Nenad studied Management and Production in Theater, Radio and Culture at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He worked as a producer on theater performances that had premieres at the Venice Biennale, La MaMa Theater and other esteemed institutions. He has many years of experience in the production of commercials and films, as well as in the field of regional integrated marketing campaigns. He was Assistant Director at international festivals Kustendorf, Boljšoj and Jesenji Festival at Mećavnik. He is one of the founders of FIST - International Student Theater Festival.

She primarily deals with digital marketing and communications Her position in Nova Iskra is Communications Manager, she is engaged in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies and plans related to program and project activities.

Sabina is dedicated to the development and implementation of projects dealing with urban, green infrastructure and rising of standards in the field of urban ecology, while respecting the principles of sustainability and community participation in planning and design processes. She is one of the initiators of the Belgrade Flower Festival and founder of association Ekonaut. She worked on the projects "Sensory Garden" at the primary school “Radivoj Popović” and is a member of the "Food for Tomorrow" initiative that connects actors and activists from Western Balkans and Sweden. Within Nova Iskra, she is also coordinating the Green Lab project, the first urban garden in the center of Belgrade, located on the terrace of Nova Iskra Workspace Savamala.

Luna is an advanced student at the Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade, where she studies Management and Production in Theatre, Radio, and Culture. She started working at Nova Iskra in 2021 as an assistant for three months, and then she took over the responsibilities of the Manager of the Nova Iskra Workspace location in Savamala. Luna is involved in the daily management of the space, communication with members and clients, as well as the development and growth of the Nova Iskra community at our location in Savamala.

Lana graduated in the field of Management and Production of Theatre, Radio, and Culture at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. She started working at Nova Iskra as an assistant in 2019, after which she took over the responsibilities of the Manager of the Nova Iskra Workspace location in Dorćol. Lana deals with the complete daily management of the space, communication with members and clients, as well as the development and expansion of the Nova Iskra community at our location in Dorćol.

Mila studied Management and Production of Theatre, Radio, and Culture at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, while currently finishing her master's degree in Management of Culture and Media at the same faculty. As part of the Nova Iskra Workspace team, as the Manager of the Zemun location, she deals with daily complete management of the space and its community, and communication with the current and potential members, to provide them maximum support according to their businesses.
