Craft Coffee Talks is a series of events designed to connect the local community of artisans, artists, and creative entrepreneurs through the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and ideas. Each event within the Craft Coffee Talks initiative, part of the international project CraftWork 4.0 All, offers an opportunity to promote artisans, artists, and their initiatives, as well as to discuss key challenges and opportunities in the contemporary crafts sector.
Although the motivations and modes of expression among artists and artisans are diverse, they share common challenges such as economic sustainability, market visibility, and access to education and training. In recent years, there has been a significant decline in funding for the cultural and creative sectors, further complicating professional development—especially for young people and those at the beginning of their careers.
That’s why Craft Coffee Talks has been conceived as a space for showcasing successful practices, highlighting craft initiatives that have developed strong, recognizable brands rooted in artistic expression, exceptional quality, and a connection to cultural heritage.
