MADE IN Dialogues: Sea Sources Seminar in Rijeka

Within the project MADE IN we attended an enlightening seminar presented by Drugo more, where we delved into the fascinating relationship between nature and human activities. This thought-provoking event took place on Friday, October 13th, offering two sessions at 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

In the first panel, we explored the intriguing use of natural resources in construction and how traditional techniques and materials could find relevance in our modern world. We also addressed the critical issue of local deforestation, seeking sustainable solutions.

The second panel examined the sea’s allure as a powerful force in the tourism industry, transforming both coastlines and the sea itself for moments of short-lived pleasure.
