Tijana Mirković

Tijana Mirković has an Ma degree in the field of human resources at the University of Sheffield, and in the last four years is working as Manager of Internal Communication at IKEA Southeastern Europe. She is responsible for communicating with employees in Serbia, Croatia, Romania and Slovenia, and had the opportunity to be part of various projects where she developed a great passion for topics such as sustainability and home decoration. From this year, she is the leader of the project Sustainable life at home within IKEA Southeastern Europe, and is continuously exploring ways to increase awareness of practices in the field of sustainability, and simultaneously promotes sustainable concepts for life at home among the company employees and customers.
