About the lecture

The lecture Legal protection of mind creations will try to provide an answer to the question – how to develop new products and provide legal protection that allows the development of a business model?

For many years, the production activity transfers from the production halls to technological and creative industries. New products are dominant and new business models are based on the creations of the mind, which arrive to the audience and consumers through the new global distribution chains. Interlinked and multimedia environment in the process of research and product development requires the cooperation of a wide range of stakeholders with different knowledge and skills.

Intangible assets represent the backbone of the new digital economy.

From April 2016 until March 2017, NELT is organizing the second cycle of its Nelt Educational Program for students, in collaboration with Nova Iskra and Gallery 12 Hub. The aim is for the participants to develop practical skills form the domains of design and new media, through teamwork and inspiration that will empower them to turn their ideas into real projects, whose further development may be supported by NELT.
