NOVA ISKRA ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO COVID-19 SITUATION

Dear members, colleagues, partners, friends and visitors of Nova Iskra programs,

We would like to inform you about the steps that Nova Iskra is taking according to the general recommendation for behaviour due to the risks of increased spreading of coronavirus:

– All Nova Iskra team members are working from home starting today, except for some minimal duties at our workspaces;

-Our restaurant “Branč” will stay closed, according to the recent and future decisions of relevant institutions;

-All three Nova Iskra Workspaces stay open only to their members, while all future decisions will be made according to the general instructions and based on our continuous communication with our members;

-Since last week, all the official recommendations of the World Health Organization have been applied at all Nova Iskra Workspace locations, in relation to personal hygiene and “social distancing”

-All the planned programs at Nova Iskra have been indefinitely postponed. You will be notified about new dates in due time. We will also notify you about any potential online programs and activities that Nova Iskra will realize in the coming weeks;

-All Nova Iskra activities abroad, including activities of our partnership projects in Slovenia, Greece and Belgium that were planned for March, have been cancelled or postponed.

We would like to thank everyone for their understanding and solidarity in this challenging situation. We would also like to give support and encouragement to all of you, especially when it comes to taking all the reasonable and responsible steps to stop the spread of the virus as much as possible, especially having in mind about our elderly citizens, grandparents, parents and children.
