Full- time consultant in her own entrepreneurship development firm Bizz based in Belgrade. She has 20 years of experience, of which 8 within international development projects implemented in the Republic of Serbia and across the Balkans. Since 2007, Aleksandra has been working as management/business and entrepreneurship development consultant. She is involved in local/regional economic planning capacity development, institutional capacity building, and design of programs/measures that are contributing to employment and entrepreneurship development. She has extensive consulting and training experience in entrepreneurship development, business growth and innovation, business planning, SME development and policy work, including gender analysis of public policies and budgets, public advocacy and development and training for policy makers. Since 2011, Aleksandra is working in the field of social innovation in the Balkans. Her special areas of interests are job creation through green economy and economic alternatives, including cooperatives and social enterprises.
