O prezentaciji

Događaj je osmišljen kao mesto razmene znanja i iskustava o tome kako da uspostavimo uspešnu komunikaciju sa publikom u komplikovanim digitalnim i hibridnim okruženjima. Kako da prepoznamo publiku za naše projekte? Kako da joj privučemo pažnju? Kako da prenesemo često kompleksnu poruku.
Na putu ka oblikovanju strategija komunikacije za projekte iz oblasti umetnosti i kulture, kroz praktične primere iz prakse vode nas mentorke na međunarodnom projektu Collab4HySust CCI Jovana Tomić (Comms.coach, RS), Ivana Stančić (Smart kolektiv, RS) i Viktoria Draganova (Swimming Pool, BG).

Nakon svakog mentorskog dela, uslediće i radionice kako bi se usvojilo praktično znanje.
Svoje inovativne projekate u fazi razvoja, predstaviće i izabranih 15 Collab 4 HySust CCI organizacija, koje su dobile menotrsku podršku i mini grantove za razvoj projekata u dve kategorije – razvoj publike i hibridni pristupi i održivosti u procesima saradnje.

Collab 4 HySust CCI Hybrid Horizons: Cultivating Creativity and Audience Engagement događaj otvoren je za radnike i radnice u kulturi, grupe i timove iz kulturnih i kreativnih industrija.

Svoje inovativne projekate u fazi razvoja, predstaviće i izabranih 15 Collab 4 HySust CCI organizacija, koje su dobile menotrsku podršku i mini grantove za razvoj projekata u dve kategorije – razvoj publike i hibridni pristupi i održivosti u procesima saradnje.

Collab4HySust CCI je inicijativa usmerena na podsticanje partnerstava i mogućnosti umrežavanja među profesionalcima u kulturnim i kreativnim industrijama. Kroz zajedničke napore, projekat ima za cilj promovisanje održivosti i inovacija unutar ovih sektora. Collab 4 HySust CCI sufinansira Program krreativne Evrope EU i Nacionalni fond za kulturu Bugarske, uz podršku opštine Plovdiv kao pridruženog partnera.

Ivana Stančić

manager of the social innovation program at Smart Kolektiv

Ivana Stančić, manager of the social innovation program at Smart Kolektiv. For more than 15 years, she has been supporting individuals and organizations to be more innovative, efficient and sustainable in solving social challenges in their community. Through various mentoring programs that she led, designed or participated in as a mentor, she collaborated with over 150 young, women and/or impact entrepreneurs who start and/or scale up businesses with a strong social/environmental impact and advised them in the areas of business idea development, business models, social impact, access to finance and partnerships with the private sector. She manages the programs and portfolio of companies that are part of the Smart Impact Fund - the Fund for the Development of a Sustainable Economy, which is the first fund for social investments in the region; she is the manager of the regional conference Social Innovations Forum, is co-founder of several social enterprises, participates in the work of the Coalition for the Development of Solidarity Economy and several international networks for the development of the social economy and impact investing (Youth Business International, Euclid Network, European Venture Philanthropy Association).

Ivana graduated in sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. Further education in the fields of entrepreneurship, impact of entrepreneurship, business development, organizational development, design thinking, measurement of social impact, innovation, impact, investing, gained through various international education programs, of which Adizes South East Europe Institute, European Venture Philanthropy Association and Social Value UK stand out. Since 1999, she has been active in the civil sector as an activist, educator and project coordinator.

Jovana Tomić

managing partner at obrt.team

Jovana started her professional career as a PR manager at a contemporary art gallery. Realizing she enjoys everything digital, she joined the emerging tech industry in 2012. She has led teams in marketing and communications departments in diverse tech companies and advertising agencies. Of all the different things she worked on in the past, the field of communication is where she felt like home.
Jovana has been involved in numerous projects related to decentralizing culture and supporting entrepreneurship development. She is a co-founder of the kriva.art initiative and an enthusiastic managing partner at obrt.team.

Viktoria Draganova

curator, writer and educator

Viktoria (based in Sofia) is a curator, writer and educator. In 2015, she founded Swimming Pool, a space for contemporary art and research. Over the following years, she led the exhibition program of the space, initiating various educational projects and artistic collaborations. In 2021, she initiated the Center for Social Vision, an interdisciplinary platform that encourages artists and curators to work beyond the gallery context and explore the role of art in urban spaces, peripheral areas, and in conversation with different communities. She is the editor-in-chief of the Journal for Social Vision, as well as the publisher of Sofia Art Map. Viktoria studied law in Germany and holds a PhD degree in legal history.
