Maria Chekmareva (born 6 March 1987) is an artist, ceramicist, and ceramic jewelry designer. She studied Artistic Ceramics at the Higher School of Ceramics of Manises (Valencia, Spain) and Sculpture at the Grekov Art College. Her artistic practice centers on porcelain, combining ceramic art with jewelry-making techniques. Maria develops functional and artistic objects that explore the expressive qualities of porcelain through contemporary craft and design.
